WPX ordered to replace polluted water

Pennsylvania's state Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) has ordered Oklahoma-based gas producer WPX Energy to permanently replace the water supplies of three homeowners after the company's exploration activities in the Marcellus shale were found to have contaminated wells in the area.
