Net income for the three months to September fell to 1.8 billion pesos ($187.9 million), down 42% from the year-ago figure.
That was despite a 7.1% increase in revenue, which totaled 40.1 billion pesos for the quarter.
Meanwhile, total production remained flat at 571,900 barrels of oil equivalent per day, with gas output down 1.4% and crude flows up 1.3%.
