Japanese floating production giant Modec has announced a series of major changes to its leading executives at its Houston and Singapore subsidiaries, and at Sofec, its turret mooring system supplier.

Katsuyuki Imaizumi has been appointed president and chief executive of Houston-based Modec International, replacing Yuji Murakami.

Brent Konstanzer has been appointed president and chief executive of Sofec, replacing Ricky Alan Hall.

Soichi Ide has replaced Tony Quinn as president and chief executive of Singapore-based subsidiaries Modec Offshore Production Systems and Modec Management Services, and remains chief digital officer.

Finally, Osamu Toriumi was appointed chief compliance officer, replacing Takeshi Kanamori.

No reasons were provided for the changes.

Imaizumi becomes an executive managing officer from 1 April, while Toriumi, Ide and Konstanzer become executive officers.
