• Heerema Marine Contractors (HMC) has appointed SBM Offshore chief transition officer Philippe Barril as Heerema Marine Contractors (HMC) , effective 1 September. HMC has also appointed to its executive board chief financial officer Robert Sloos, chief operating officer Michel Hendriks, chief commercial officer Jeroen van Oosten, chief technical officer Ramon de Haas, and chief human resources officer Isolde Eleveld-Terwel. It has also appointed interin chief financial officer Peter Huisman as its third non-executive board member.
  • MISC Group president and chief executive Datuk Yee Yang Chien is to retire effective 30 September.
