Appearing fresh despite a red-eye flight back to Bangkok from a meeting with institutional investors in London, PTTEP chief executive Montri Rawanchaikul emanates enthusiasm about the future of Thailand’s national upstream company.

Montri, who has been at the helm of PTTEP for a little more than a year, says the company’s “redefined” corporate strategy is now based on three pillars.

"Second is to focus on decarbonisation to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
