The giant Buzios pre-salt field offshore Brazil is expected to account for more than a third of Petrobras’ hydrocarbons production from the prolific Santos basin play by 2025.

Labelled as the world’s largest ultra-deepwater field in terms of recoverable reserves, Buzios is currently producing about 710,800 barrels of oil equivalent per day from four large floating production, storage and offloading vessels: P-74, P-75, P-76 and P-77.
