Singapore-based oil and gas services player Greenland Petroleum Operation is expanding its footprint in China by providing logistics support to offshore oil and gas exploration and development projects in the South China Sea, writes Xu Yihe.

The company has invested $300 million to set up an oilfield supply base in Chengmai county, Hainan province.

Hainan Raffles Oilfield Service Supply Base will operate four offshore supply vessels at the base to provide services for exploration in the South China Sea.
