Three workers have died and four others were injured after an explosion caused by a gas leak at Iran's Cheshmeh Khosh-Ahvaz oil and gas transfer pipeline station on Tuesday, local reports have claimed.

Adnan Ghazi, governor of the nearby town of Shush, told state news agency IRNA that the accident took place at 16.30 local time, due to an explosion caused by a gas leak at the pipeline pumping station.
