Rosneft regional subsidiary Bashneft has liquidated its joint venture with private operator Lukoil to explore seven blocks in northern Russia's Nenets region, writes Vladimir Afanasiev.
The two companies set up the Vostok NAO venture in 2014, when Bashneft was privately owned, with the hope of expanding co-operation in the Nenets region, where they were already partners in another joint venture developing the Trebs and Titov oilfields.
