Production from BP’s newly sanctioned Vorlich development in the UK central North Sea is expected to peak at up to 11,000 barrels per day of oil and 1.89 million cubic metres of gas per day a year after start-up, writes Rob Watts.
The figures are contained in the environmental statement for the scheme, which was recently submitted to the UK authorities and released publicly on the day last week it was sanctioned.
