China Oilfield Service Ltd (COSL) has started shooting a seismic survey in Argentina for Norwegian geophysical data company Spectrum, making its debut in the Latin American nation.
COSL has engaged its deep-water seismic survey vessel Hai Yang Shi You 760 for the job, which is expected to run for five months and cover 13,000 kilometres in water depths of 6000 metres.
