Alabama-based Energen has lined up buyers for its position in the San Juan basin as well as non-core acreage in the Delaware sub-basin of the Permian for total proceeds of $551.7 million.
The company did not break down the prices paid for the various assets, but said the transactions had multiple buyers and had either already closed or would close in August.
