UK-listed independent SDX Energy has hit gas at the final well of its 2018 drilling campaign in Morocco.
SDX said it hit 16.4 metres of net gas pay in the primary target of the H-9 sequence at its LMS-1 well on the operated Lalla Mimouna permit.
The well was drilled to a total depth of 1158 metres, intersecting the Miocene-aged, shallow marine deposit.
