Pavilion and Shell Eastern Trading were selected via a two-stage Request for Proposal (RFP) process carried by Singapore’s Energy Market Authority (EMA).
Shell and Pavilion will each have exclusivity to market up to 1 million tonnes per annum of LNG or for three years, whichever is reached earlier. The next tranche of imports into the Lion City is expected to commence from 2017.
