Malaysia’s Petronas has signed a two-year service agreement with compatriots Argo Engineering and Eastport Marine to provide liquefied natural gas ship-to-ship transfer services in Labuan, Malaysia.
This will allow for flexible cargo deliveries, especially for small-scale liquefied natural gas requirements, and enable the Malaysian national company to respond to new market requirements in the industry.
“This ship-to-ship transfer service agreement is Petronas’ first collaboration in providing flexible delivery solutions that goes beyond the conventional selling and delivering of LNG,” said Petronas LNG Ltd chairman Ahmad Adly Alias.
