Houston-based Lime Rock has hired acquisition and divestment advisory Meagher Energy to find a buyer for the package, according to an online listing.

The assets include 1030 barrels of oil equivalent of current production from 60 operated wells drilled across a little over 60,000 acres in Dunn, Billings and Stark counties in North Dakota, according to the listing.

The wells are drilled into the Bakken tight oil play, as well as the Three Forks, Pronghorn and Red River formations.
