Russian giant Gazprom has turned a profit in the third quarter of the year amid a boost in gas sales across Europe.
Gazprom reported a profit of 112 billion roubles ($1.87 billion) in the three-month period up to September, compared to a loss of 985 billion roubles in the same period of 2015.
The company also saw a boost in profits in the first nine months of 2016, reporting earnings of 737 billion roubles compared to a profit of 690 billion roubles year-on-year.
