Under a memorandum of understanding, Richtech will be responsible for marketing communications. It also says that neither party will seek out a separate party to pursue the same work once a project has been identified and the duo have agreed to work on it.
The MoU covers projects involving onshore gas processing, gas liquids recovery including facilities for gas processing, fractioning, stabilising and splitting, onshore field development and conceptual studies as well as onshore pipelines and storage infrastructure.
