Computers and documents taken during the investigation earlier this month from the Almaty office of Tethys Aral Gas have been returned, the company said.
Tethys continues to work to have an Almaty arbitration court-imposed freeze of the subsidiary’s bank accounts lifted.
In October, a local trading partner of Tethys Aral Gas, Eurasia Gas Group, filed a claim seeking $2.6 million for the alleged failure by Tethys Aral to deliver minimum volumes of crude to the company.
