The job will involve assessing the state of the pipeline to see whether it should be replaced or can have its life extended through maintenance.
If the pipeline is not to be replaced, the winning contractor will be required to prepare short and long-term maintenance plans and relevant documents for a subsequent tender.
The Omidiyeh-Gurreh pipeline links up with the Ganaveh station on the coast about 100 kilometres north of Bushehr.
