The 12 February accident is believed to have occurred as the two men were working on the floater ahead of its planned naming ceremony that was scheduled for the next day.
"Two workers fell into the sea while carrying out work along the quayside at Keppel Shipyard at Tuas. A 27 year-old Indian sub-contract worker from Harvest Marine died. A Keppel Shipyard worker, aged 37, was rescued and suffered minor abrasions," Keppel said.
