A quartet of European contractors -- UK-based Amec, Norway's Aker Kvaerner, Dragados from Spain and Holland-based Heerema -- will prey on the decks each of which is expected to weigh in at about 11,000 tonnes.
According to industry sources, bid documents for the process deck are set to be issued on 4 August with the utilities/quarters tender package due out a week later.
