The production system is undergoing integration work at Kiewit Offshore in Ingleside, Texas following delivery of the hull from Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering in South Korea and the topsides from Gulf Marine in south Texas.
It was documented by Gulf Marine yard owner Gulf Island Fabricators last year that changes on a major deep-water project, later identified as Big Foot, prompted increased man-hours and an ultimate loss on the work for the yard.
