LONDON-listed Victoria Oil & Gas aims to become “a significant gas producer” in Cameroon next month as it boosts output from its Logbaba field near the industrial port city of Douala, writes Barry Morgan.
A drilling update released last week by chief executive Ahmed Dik confirmed that development well La-107 hit a target depth of 3180 metres, encountering 23 metres of net gas sand from a Lower Logbaba formation.
