The board of New Zealand Oil & Gas (NZOG) has backed a partial takeover offer from the oil and gas unit of the Ofer Global Group after it increased its original offer by one cent per share, writes Josh Lewis.
OG Oil & Gas (OGOG) is now offering NZ$0.78 (US$0.55) per share for up to 67.55% of the shares in NZOG it does not already own or control, with it already holding a 4.29%
