Russia’s state-controlled oil producer Gazprom Neft has signed a set of agreements with international oilfield service and equipment providers as it prepares to move ahead with greenfield projects in remote regions of the country, writes Vladimir Afanasiev.

According to Gazprom Neft, it signed technical co-operation agreements with US contractors Halliburton and Weatherford, calling for the supply of latest secondary and tertiary oil recovery technologies.
