The explorer has offloaded two explorationlicences in southern Germany to fellow London-quoted player Rose Petroleum.
The deal confirms speculationin the secondhalf of last year that Rose was buying the concessions, after the UK playersaid it was eyeing shale acreage in Germany.
3Legs only got the licences renewed at the end of December foranother two years. It has sold them for €400,000 ($541,000) and has also retaineda 2% royalty.
