The company said in a statement that Israel's Ministry of Energy & Water extended the deadline to secure a drilling rig from 31 December until 30 June 2013.
"This extension allows Adira additional time in order to obtain the rig required to drill the well on Yitzhak while currently focussing on the imminent drilling of Gabriella," chief executive Jeffrey Walter said.
