The American explorer’s Hungarian subsidiary Horizon General will pay AIM-listedSan Leon Energy’s share of the costs to hydraulically fracture the MainDolomite discovery.
The Torzym licence area find was made by London-listedAurelian Oil & Gas, which was acquired by San Leon Energy last year.
