The 90-day, three-well contract with state-led Guinea Ecuatorial De Petroleos (Gepetrol) will kick off in October 2013 at a day rate of about $515,500. It includes an option for an additional well.
The rig, capable of working in up to 5000 feet of water, is currently under contract to US explorer Noble Energy in Equatorial Guinea through October at a day rate of $435,000.
