Licence interests acquired by AziNor Petroleum from UK-listed independent Enegi Oil in recentmonths are being transferred to the new startup while the former outfit retainsits six licences in Norway.
The UK start-up will hold options on part of a block in theEast Shetland area and another in the North Sea under a pair of farm-in dealsagreed earlier this year.
Endeavour Energy’s former director of exploration NickTerrell and senior exploration geophysicist Henry Morris are to lead the newoutfit.
