The privately-held player, which late lastmonth bought a rival for more than $1 billion, did managed to increase revenuesover the year, but the fourth-quarter result dragged it down.
Net profit for the 12 months to the end ofDecember was 46.17 billion Russian rubles ($1.31 billion) as against 52.29billion rubles in 2012 – a drop of 11.7%.
The main reason was an impairment taken inthe fourth quarter on the sale of its 38.46%
