In a deal that has already been approved by Russia's anti-monopoly authorities, Bashkortostan-based Bashneft is getting its hands on a company that has exploration, production and development assets in Tyumen District.
Burneftegaz owns rights to explore and develop the Sorovskoye field in the Vostochno-Vuemskiy licence area and the Tortasinskoye field in the Tortasinskiy licence area.
Total C1 and C2 reserves at these fields is 392.49
