Beach and Tellus Resources previously announced a deal whereby Tellus would purchase 100% interest in the permit, subject to Ministerial approval.
The Queensland Department of Natural Resources and Mines has deemed the permit as “not in substantial compliance” and advised Beach it would be very unlikely that the Minister would approve the interest transfer or the proposed work programme for the permit.
