Australia’s Beach Energy has inked a deal with Origin Energy for the sale of up to 139 petajoules of natural gas from the South Australian Cooper basin.
Under the terms of the agreement, Origin’s subsidiary Origin Energy Retail will buy up to 17 PJ of gas per year from Beach’s subsidiary Delhi Petroleum for an eight-year period, starting from the 2015 financial year (between July 2014 and June 2015).
