The Toronto-listed oil company also agreed to sell a 50% stake in assets including producing wells, a compressor station and gathering system in the Baptiste area of the Canadian province.
The multiyear development agreement with the Korean firm and the Devonian Natural Resources Private Equity Fund covers 70 gross wells in the Ferrier and Willesden Green areas, and is subject to approval from the customary regulatory authorities.
