Sam Nastat resigned from the company on Thursday as chief executive and as a director of the company. He will be replaced on an interim basis by Mark Brown, the company's chief financial officer.
Nastat was appointed chief executive amid a restructuring announced in December last year. He took over for Milton Cox, who had resigned from the company. Nastat will now "pursue other endeavours", Big Sky said.
