Blue, which had previously been earninga 75% interest in the permits from Beach by carrying out a farm-inwork programme, revealed it had secured a 100% stake in ATP 674P and733P and was also set to take Beach's interest in ATP 613P.
The pair have already entered a sale andpurchase agreement in relation to ATP 674P and 733P, while theacquisition of ATP 613P is still subject to binding documentationwhich Blue said was expected to be completed “shortly”.
