Minister of Mines & Energy Edison Lobao emphasised in presenting the quartet of board members for Pre-Salt Petroleo (PPSA) that the members were chosen on "exclusively technical criteria."
"We recieved many names, of which we completed a refinement process and arrived at this choice," Lobao said.
Marco Antonio Martins Almeida, oil and gas director in the ministry, will serve as the president of the administrative board.
