Brazil's Dilma Rousseff-led government on Monday will appoint Oswaldo Pedrosa, currently HRT's manager for the Polvo field, to lead Pre-Salt Petroleo (PPSA), according to a report in the O Globo newspaper.
The leadership of the state company is coming together ahead of the 21 October auction for the giant Libra pre-salt tract, believed to contain 8 billion to 12 billion barrels of oil.
