Company stock, part of the teetering empire of billionaire Eike Batista, fell another 13% to 0.39 reais ($0.17) after OGX said Brazil's Comision Nacional de Valores had asked for clarification on deals with sister company and shipyard OSX.
That company will see the construction of five floating production, storage and offloading units halted as a result of the company shift.
