The country's National Petroleum Agency (ANP) reported production of 2.578 million barrels of oil equivalent per day during the month, a gain of 2.8% compared with November 2012.
Crude production was also up 1.8% over the year to 2.081 million barrels per day.
The country's oil output has rebounded from a dip in March of 1.85 million bpd as state producer Petrobras worked through repairs and maintenance to ageing platforms.
