Bridas, headed up by magnates Alejandro and Carlos Bulgheroni, will reportedly invest the money in BAADE bonds "destined exclusively for the financing of projects of public investment in strategic sectors, infrastructure and hydrocarbons...and YPF."
The move, reported in local press including La Nacion, represents a step forward comes after the time ran out on a preliminary deal signed with YPF in late December involving the Bajada de Anelo and Bandurria blocks in Argentina's Neuquen province.
