The failed applications for Phillip Ball and Kieron Bryan means six of the so-called 'Arctic 30', who were all charged with piracy last week, have had bail denied.
Earlier this week, the court rejected applications made by Greenpeace on behalf of four Russian citizens who, along with the 26 others, were detained onboard the group's flagship vessel Arctic Sunrise following a failed attempt to board a drilling platform.
