The US Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement issued incidents of non-compliance (INCs) to Ensco, Nabors Offshore, Island Operators and Alliance Oilfield Services in March for a range of complaints from blowout preventer safety management issues to chemicals transport.
Ensco said it was preparing a response to the BSEE notice, adding that "safety is of the utmost importance."
None of the other companies responded to a request for comment.
