Buccaneer said on Wednesday it had filed the counterclaim in the District Court of Harris County in Texas, seeking compensation for damages sustained from Archer’s alleged acts of “conversion, fraud and interference in contracts”.
Archer was awarded a Master Services Agreement (MSA) in October 2011 to act as the project manager for modifications and repairs to the Endeavour to enable it to operate in the Cook Inlet, Alaska.
