The company has won both contracts with independent UK company EnQuest and other partners to work in the Kraken field.
Both contracts will run for eight years, with options to extend for an additional 17 years.
Bumi Armada chief executive Hassan Basma said the work was in one of the largest oil fields in the UK part of the North Sea.
