Lanarkshire, Scotland-based Motherwell Bridge is a leadingprovider of storage tanks, gasholders and heat exchangers.
Its clients including offshore and onshore oil & gasclients like ExxonMobil, Shell and BP among others, as well as other customersin the wider energy business and the steel market.
Cape chief executive Joe Oatley said the buy was “in linewith Cape’s strategy to broaden our portfolio of critical industrial services”,adding he expected to use Cape’s client base to grow Motherwell Bridge internationally.
