On Monday, the Chad-focused explorer started production from the southern oilfield into its transportation system that connects the field to the main export line, known as the export transportation system (ETS).

The ETS is a 76-centimetre diameter pipeline operated by TOTCO/COTCO, a joint venture between the governments of Chad and Camerron and US supermajor ExxonMobil. It has the capacity to transport 250,000 barrels of oil per day and is expected to carry crude from Badila to the Atlantic Ocean port of Kribi in Cameroon.
