The company is planning to sell off all of its non-operated assets in Western Australia, Schmedje revealed at the 2014 PESA Deal Day at the APPEA conference in Perth on Sunday.
“Tap Oil is looking for a suitable company to take up these opportunities,” he said.
“These are all great opportunities, but the reason Tap Oil is selling them is because the focus of the company is shifting to South-East Asia.”
